Hi Linda -

My name is also Linda and I believe that we have family connections! I was going through the postings and came across your post and also noticed that your last name is Baker! I have Baker family also in my line.

I have the "Heritage of Tuscaloosa County Alabama, 1818" and I looked up your Hisaw name. There is some information in the book in regards to the Hisaw and it lists the parents of William Riley Hisaw as James and Lemilia (Milly) Hisaw. James being b. abt 1785/1787 and Lemilia b. abt. 1785 in Kentucky.

The book says that they had 9 children. But it lists William Riley Hisaw marrying a Rebecca M. Horton about 1846.

Please respond, I am sure that we have other family connections.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Linda Lee-Goebel
