Fayette County soldiers in 38th Ala Inf. CSA

My grandfather served in Co. B, 38th Alabama Infantry Volunteers. Comapany F, 38th Ala Inf. was composed of men from Fayette County. They were at Mobile for a year and then transferred to the Army of Tennessee CSA where they fought at Chickamauga, Lookout mountain, the Atlanta Campaign, Franklin and Nashville, Tennesse and finally back to Spanish Fort near Mobile. I have produced a book which was published called "Southerners at War". The book list all men and their service records that served in the 38th along with a history of the regiment. I will be happy to do "look ups" for 38th soldiers. I am interested in locating descendants of these brave men and their burial place. Art Green
