Lisa,
Travis Womack, b. 21 October 1901 and d. Jan 1982 per the Social Security Death Index and Mildred Womack, b. 15 March 1910 and d. Jan 1972, same source. Both are shown with a last residence of Etowah County, AL. You can order their original Social Security applications which should give their parent's names and the city, county and state of their births. Ancestry has the index free to anyone. You can order on their page. The last time I requested an application, the cost was $27.
Try ordering death certificates from the county for both. Parent's names are supposed to be on them, but this is information given by a second party [neighbor, relative, funeral director].
The Social Security application would have been filled out
by the person applying and would be first hand information.

Also, you may already have this:
1920 Etowah County, Alabama Alabama City Ward 1
Ed 28-47 Sheet 10B
King, Doyle Head age 22 married b. AL father and mother both born Alabama Occup: machinist Steel Mill
Ruby Wife age 20 married b. AL parents:AL
James A. Son 3 6/12 single b. Al parents: AL
Mildred sister age 20 single b. AL parents b. AL

Could this be your Mildred? The age and location seem to fit. The use of Doyle for a given name could be a clue to the family of their parents. Good luck!
Barbara
