Marvin and Mary married in Alabama,where they had two children(Alllene,Alice)before Moving to Georgia where the next six were born(Jearlene,Marvin,Maylene,Martha,Johnny,Dessa)before moving to Florida Where the last two children were born(Jackie,Melba).
All ten children are still living with 2 in Ga.and 8 in Fla.

Jack C.Meeks (born 5/2/1883)married Willie Meeks,they had one child Alma Lovey Meeks(born 4/29/1904)who later married Clark Aaron Ogelon 2/8/1920.Aaron and Alma had eight children:Herbert,Hulen,Melvin,Alvin,Eula,James,Cranston,and Linda.
Jack C. Meeks 2nd married Dessa Lee Thompson. Dessa already had one child:Sydney Leonard.Leonard married Bessie Green they had no children.Jack and Dessa had two children:Marvin Jackson Meeks and James Mathie(Mack) Meeks.
Dessa died on 4/8/1919 and Leonard died in 1938.
Jack C.Meeks 3rd married Minnie Gray on 8/5/1919 and had no children.Minnie died on 2/27/1976.
Sydney Meeks and Lizzie Ivory Meeks were the parents of Jack C. Meeks.
Allen Pierce Meeks and Emma Carr Meeks were the parents of Willie Meeks.
Mack Thompson and Lizzie Thompson were the parents of Dessa Lee Thompson.
