Would it be possible for you to ask him if he ever knew or heard any info on a man named Thomas Ramey or Tom Ramey that lived in the Keener area. I don't know the age of your father-in-law so I don't know if he could have ever known Tom but maybe he had heard stories about him I need any info I can on him.
