Looking for information on Duke family that may have been living in Etowah County after 1900.

m. #1-12/31/1965, Shelby Co, AL to: Mary Laura Jane WILLIAMSON

Note: according to civil war pension record, in 1915 & 1938 Sarah DUKE was residing with daughter, Viola, and son, Jim (J.A.) DUKE in Cherokee Co, AL. Sarah states that she married james Duke in Lay Springs, Etowah County, AL 12/08/1878.

Re: 1900 census, Shelby Co, AL: living with them are Minnie & Mittie Bennett, age 19.

Would appreciate any information.
