Don't have any family from the Keener area. Just trying to help. It is located along hwy 11 just before you get to the Dekalb County line. It is in Etowah County. I dont know about a spring out there, unless you are talking about Duck Springs. It is very close to Keener. There is Little Wills creek at Keener though.
