Unknown Campell who married Hattie Pearl Metcalf

I am trying to locate the Campbell who married Hattie Pearl Metcalf.

Hattie Pearl is the daughter of James M Metcalf (15 Jan 1844 in Calhoun, Alabama - 04 Jun 1927 in Etowah, Alabama)and Margaret E Moore (25 Dec 1853 in Cherokee, Alabama -
16 Jan 1916 in St Clair, Alabama)

Hattie and unknown Campbell had two children:
Hershell D Campbell 5 Jul 1911 - 21 Dec 1975 in Gadsden, Etowah, Alabama
Thelma Campbell 14 Jan 1914 - Mar 1976 in Etowah, Alabama

In May of 1910, Hattie is listed on the census reports living with her parents in Attalla, Etowah, Alabama. She is not listed as being married.

In 1920 she is listed as being married, with her children, and they are living with her father in Springville, St Clair, Alabama.

In 1930, Hattie is still listed as being married, her age at the time of her marriage was 19, and her and the children are now living with her brother in Attalla, Etowah, Alabama.
This would imply that she was married right after the 1910 census.

Neither her Obit, or her son, Hershell's obit, give any clue at all as to the name of the unknown Campbell.

Thank you in advance for any help with this mystery.
