Does someone have a list of all past mayors of Gadsden? In 1930 census and 1931 city directory, William E.(Elvin) Wier is shown as the mayor. But I was told he may have died in Feb. 1931, though I don't know if that's correct. I'm curious to know the term of his office, if he had served as mayor previously, etc. Thanks.
