1870 Dekalb census shows Jacob Nave, age 26, white male, born in TN, working on railroad, wife Nancy, 22, white female, keeping house, born TN. Also, in the household is Nancy Shaw, age 6, born in TN. They live next door to William Crow, 27 and wife Missouri, and there is a James Shaw living with them. The only other Nave I found in the 1870 census was a James P. Nave, age 21, living with John Tidmore family.
