The Gadsden LDS cemetery survey does not list a Bethel Cemetery (they missed several, however), but there is a Garvin Cemetery located near Hwy 68, 3 1/2 miles west of Crossville. It includes two Garvins with other surnames of Barret, Bearden, Davis, Gaines, Glenn, Green, Hardaman, Luther, and Powell. They are: Robert D., b. 17 Aug 1834, d. 5 Jan 1895 and Louisa E., b. 8 Nov 1840, no date of death listed. Oak Hill Church Cemetery, located 3 miles south of Geraldine on Hwy 23, then 1 1/2 mile west, lists Parilee, wife of W.S. Garvin, b. 13 Feb 1870, d. 23 Jul 1889. The most common surname there is Lowrey. The DeKalb Marriage Index lists two entries for Garvin. W.S. m. K.P. Lowrey on 26 Aug 1888 (Book D, p. 261) and W.S. m. Lela Phillips on 27 Dec 1894 (Book E, p. 306). Parilee is probably K.P. Lowrey. Hope this helps.
