Thanks for your prompt reply. Some cemeteries have "lot records" and are usually kept by the church. My John Jackson Jenkins was supposed buried beneath a large cedar tree and so was his granddaughter Della Nadine Jenkins, age 4. But those trees are long gone and I have been unable to locate a grave for them. Thanks for the info and I will keep searching.
