Lusk--William, Charles, Joseph, George of TN,AL?

My George Washington Lusk was born ca 1818 (place unknown maybe KY?) and he and his wife Melvina Cooper were first listed on the 1840 Marion Co., TN census, Josiah (sometimes called Joseph) Lusk born c 1779 also lived in the neighborhood and a Sarah Lusk with children and no listed husband was listed only on the 1830 census. Josiah was listed on the Franklin Co., TN 1812 census along with William Lusk and William Lusk, Jr. Josiah moved to DeKalb Co., AL before 1850 and lived there until he was an old man. On a Joseph Lusk site, listed are William Lusk with a son Charles Lusk, who had a son Joseph Lusk, who had a son George Lusk. Could this be my George Washington Lusk? At one time, a Samuel Lusk, I think from Cocke Co., TN came through the Marion County area around the early 1800's but moved on.
Thanks much,
Marilyn B. Garner
