Susan, thank you for your information about the old Collinsville cemetery. Since I posted the query, I found a cousin who lives near Collinsville to go by and look for the stone of Eliza W. Doyal. She did not find it. But I had one of those serendipity moments when looking through old papers in a file. I found a handwritten letter written to a cousin, and the writer had seen the stone back in the 50's and had written down the information.
I don't know if the stone has disappeared, become unreadable or what, but at least I know it was there and what it said.
