My ancestors were Samuel and Elileas Barkley. Their children were Andrew L., Catherine, James D., William (my ancestor), Nancy H., Sarah H., John E., Ann H., Josiah, Margaret, and Samuel M. Barkley. They married into the following families, PERRY, McCALISTER,GASKIN,WILSON, JOLLY. They lived in the south east corner of Dekalb County. Many are buried east of Collinsville, DeKalb County, Alabama.
