John & Nancy Templeton Wallace Bible transcription

I've submitted a transcription of part of the Family Bible of John WALLACE & Nancy TEMPLETON to the De Kalb Genweb site at www.rootsweb.com/~aldekalb. (The new CC is doing a great job with this site, by the way!) The transcription I've submitted is the births of John & Nancy's children.

I received this transcription in 1993 from Charles B. WALLACE of Birmingham, but I lost touch with him years ago. In 1993 he indicated that the births page he sent me was an excerpt of a larger transcription, and he said the Bible at that time was in possession of Mrs. Ester Lee GRAVES CROFT, a descendant of John & Nancy.

Does anyone have any idea where this Bible is today? It would be great if someone could take digital photographs of the Bible and of the Family Pages inside before it's lost forever, or even just transcribe the information it contains. It's a family treasure that needs to be preserved.

I'm descended from John & Nancy through their son, John Templeton WALLACE & his wife, Elizabeth Manerva "Betty" DRISKILL. Their daughter, Sarah A. Josephine "Jo" WALLACE & her husband, Archard Richard HOOD, were my great-grandparents.

I'd be happy to share what I have on these families.

Thanks!
