Brenda,
Head Springs is in northern Dekalb Co. There is no P.O. there any more and the name is not used much. The main thing that carries the name now is the Head Springs Cemetery. My grandparents are buried there. Head Springs community is a little north of Valley Head, AL. It is between Valley Head and Sulphur Springs, which is on the GA/AL state line. U.S. Hwy 11 runs through the community.
