Jane Brown b.ca 1790 & Family Shown in 1850 Census

Am hoping for some information about the Jane Brown b.ca 1790 in SC, shown as head of household on the 1850 Census. She is shown with J.E.age 21 F, Robert age 19 M, Rebecca age 19 F, E. P. age 15 M. They are shown in Rascars Beat. Before 1857, she, Robert, and E. P. had relocated to Parker County, Texas. In the household is also a female with the initial J aged 22 whom I think is the wife of E. P.
This is certainly one of my brick walls. Any clues/suggestions appreciated.
