Sorry for the delay but have been on vacation.
Ok, here is the link between my Brown's and Childree.
Elizabeth Jane Harrell first married William Cheldree/Childree & he was killed in the civil war. She then married John Coleman Brown, Sr. She had a son named Judge F. Childree, b. Sept 1860 in Dale Co.
Judge was in HH with John C. & Elizabeth and listed on one census with surname Brown in error. He was said to be close to the Brown Children and had his photo taken with the Brown Siblings. He lived near the Brown's in the Arguta Community of Dale.
This was the connection to the CHildree surname. If you wish to exchange info we can help each other possibly.
