I sure could use some help on my Haney Families. I cannot find out where my GGGF came from, other than N.C. His Family are as follows;
Archibald Haney b 1798 NC (This could be a middle name)
Edy b. 1810 NC (Wife)
Mary A. b. 1845
Missouri b. 1846
George Washington b. 1848
William Archie b. 1850
Martha b. 1856
I did find an Arch Haney in Decatur Ga. in 1840, this only shows the heads of household. The only census I have found this family in is the 1860 Coffee Co. Al. census.
