I'm sure we are talking about the same Pinkney Watson. I did not have the name of his spouse, but another Mount researcher had her listed as Jane Tyndall.

He is the son of my great-grandaunt, Sarah Mount, and her husband, Jesse F. Watson. Sarah Mount b.Jan 5, 1816, Rockingham,NC and d.1905, Jonesboro,LA. m.July 29, 1834, Houston County, GA to Jesse F. Watson b.1814,Georgia d.Feb.1860. The 1860 Census of Dale County, AL lists Sarah Watson as head-of-household living next to her brother, John H. Mount, with just her 6 younger children in the house.
