Yes, they were sisters. They had another sister, Bess Bryan Johnson, who is buried with her husband, George Johnson, at Beda Cemetery between Plesant Home Cemetery and Wing, Al. Aline and Maranda ("Aunt Randy") had a brother, Clem Bryan,(my grandfather), who is buried in Crestview. Their father, George D. Bryan, is buried in Zion Rock Cemetery- also near Pleasant Home Cemetery.
Two other sons in that family were Kimmie and Wilkie. Wilkie is buried just across the state line from Wing in Cotton Cemetery at Good Hope Church. I think Kimmie is buried at Zion Rock. Aline and her husband had no children, but their nephew, Calvin McKethan, lived with them for a long time. If he is dead now, then he is probably buried in Pleasant Home also. Are you doing some kind of census on Pleasant Home Cemetery? If so, you may find an Adilee Cross Dubose buried in Pleasant Home. She was the daughter of Maranda and Bud Cross. Also Leila Mae McKethan was the daughter of Maranda and Bud. She is probably buried their also.
