Late 1800s - early 1900s Davis & Calloway Families

I am seeking information about my paternal grandmother, Myrtle Mae Calloway. She married my grandfather, David Daniel Davis, in Butler County Jan 1917. I have been unable to find the names of my grandmother's parents. I have been searching for her/them in census records from Conecuh, Butler, and Monroe counties but cannot find any record of her or her family.

She and my grandfather lived in Conecuh county for years; all ten of their children were born there which includes my father Melvin Cecil Davis.

She also had a brother named Elmer who resided in Castleberry with his wife Margie for many years. Any help would be appreciated.

Liz Davis Means
