Providence Cemetery in Delta, AL

I am curious as to whether there is some sort of record book for all burials at Providence Cemetery. I have been told by family members in Alabama that the Providence church next to the cemetery is active. I know that a transcription of the tombstones has been done at the cemetery, but I am interested in a date that has been destroyed on a particular tombstone--the stone was broken in half precisely where the actual date of death was inscribed. So I know that the date was 189?.

If anyone can tell me where to write for such information, I will be very grateful.
