County Line Baptist Church/Cemetary lookup

Hello
I am looking for information about the County Line Baptist Church. The land was donated by Mark Lott in 1854. Does the church still stand? Is there a cemetary there? I am also would like to know if anyone has the cemetary book for Clay County? IF so, is there a Mark Lott (1772-185?) listed and where he was buried?
