Newspapers early 1900's

Does anyone know if Clay Co., AL has their newspapers on microfilm from 1940-1950? I had heard that a group of ladies were microfilming some of their court records, deeds, etc. Would love to hear from someone who knows about this project. Thanks, Jerri
