I am looking for information on my great-great grandfather and a daughter Willie(Wilhemena). His family was from Talladega Co. but the 1870 census has him and his family( wife Eliza Dye) in Clay Co. ( Ashland...as a teacher)
My great grandmother was born in 1871 so she does not appear as his daughter in this census. He died in 1879 at the age of 43 and was buried in Talladega.
