I have a Stpehen Bryant who file a form of Declaration in GA county of Walker 3rd day of Oct 1855 he was a Resident in Cherokee co. AL the act of Sept. 28 1850 seeking addional land first land warrant no 26108 For 80 Acres which he legally disposed of . Witness R.H. Caldwell and George W. Lumpkin. Cagistrates Cert. James H.
