The only Duke in the Cherokee County cemetery records that comes close to your description is the following:

Lucy Ann Elizabeth Duke 17 Nov 1840-20 Jul 1918- {add. info-wife of A.H. Duke; maiden name is Smith}

What time period are you talking about visiting her? If this is not her,she may be buried in a nearby county.
