I am searching for the burial of Wm. B. Hudson mentioned in the paragragh below. I am also interested in any members of the Hudson family during this time period in Cherokee and Calhoun Co's. I think it is great that you have offered to help those in finding their roots.
"I am looking for fellow researchers in the family line of Robert Hutson, b. ca. 1780 (prob. VA), died 29 August 1840 in Calhoun Co., AL. He married Margaret Bell, daughter of William Bell, in Greene Co., TN in 1803 in a double wedding ceremony with Margaret's brother, Robert Bell, and William's sister, Martha Hutson.
Both these families had migrated to Monroe Co., TN by 1830.
Robert and Margaret had eight children, all born in TN:
1. William B., b. ca. 1805. Married (1) Sarah A. Montgomery 17 Mar 1838 in AL, and (2) Priscilla ..... "
