Am seeking ANY information at all on my great great grandparents, WILLIAM PRUETT and PHEBE JOHNSON and their families. He was born November 24, 1814, she was born September 4, 1812, both probably in South Carolina. At some time they moved to Cherokee Co. Alabama because their children were reportedly born there. He died in the Civil War. His wife and children ended up in ARK. Where were William and Phebe married? Who were their parents or siblings?
