James Madison Rowe

I am looking for any information concerning James Madison Rowe (1850-1914), my great grandfather. I am especially interested in who he may have married possibly in Chambers County sometime between 1902 and 1914. He died in Atlanta on April 2, 1914 under mysterious circumstances. On his person was found a letter from his "loving wife" (name unknown)postmarked Lanett, Alabama. He had divorced his first wife in Georgia in 1902 (my great grandmother). I would also like to know if he was in the 1910 census for Chambers County as he was not enumerated in Georgia. Also, family lore has it that he was married twice after he divorced my great grandmother and that he had failed to divorce one wife before he married another. Any help would be appreciated.
