Oh, Barbara! Thank you so much! I didn't know about the book. Elijah Johnson is my father-in-law's grandfather. I will have to find a copy of the book, as he will be tickled to death about it. He was a member of PV Baptist growing up - his father's house is right down the street from it and his parents are buried there.

I can always get over to Anniston at some point (I live in Atlanta), but I would love to have the names of the submitters, because I don't know how soon I could get there.

My in-laws live in Auburn, AL and I wonder if the AU library has a copy of the book? That would be easier for me to get to, as I'm there pretty often. I'm going to check into that right now.

On another note, do you know where your Rhodes are buried? Maybe that would give you a clue somehow as to other Rhodes in the area. I was trying to remember if there were any Rhodes buried where Prudence and Elijah are buried. . . .
