I am looking for any George - Alewine connections. An Alewine is in the household of a Lucy George (some places referred to as Miss Lucy George)in Benton, now Calhoun Co, AL in 1850 census along with an Elisha (19) and Mary (age 15)George. These could be Alewines instead of Georges. See Alabama Family Puzzles in the George genforum where I lay out 18 different George households. Where are your Alewines from 1840-1870? Thanks peyton@newcapitolsolutions.com
