Hi Doris! Yes, I will get you a copy of the photo of Samisansis! I'm meeting my brother in Nevada in about 2 weeks. I'll have him bring a copy with him. You can email me your address. My email is: [email protected]. I also have pictures of my grandfather, which evidently is one of Braxton's nephews! We must be cousins! I am wondering how the name Winston was put in front of Solomon Poe? I have a copy of the 1850 Census from Alabama, and it lists him as Solomon Poe. I think that his brother was Jonathan Poe. I know that Braxton was one of his children, and now I am trying to figure out which of those children was my ggrandfather! Do you have any information about any of his other children as well? My grandfather is Earnest Felton Poe, and my father is Winston Russell Poe. Do you have any information at all? I don't have any information beyond Winston Solomon. I am going to have to get more Census records to find Samisansis. Someone told me she was a Vann. Any ideas? Do you have the names of Winston Solomon's parents or (I think you mentioned) grandparents? Do you have any idea where Green Cemetary is in Lincoln, Alabama? Is it behind some church? I can't find it! Anything is welcome! Thanks! Charlie
