I am seeking information on a Daniel T. Davis, who in 1845 married to a Martha A. Willis in Montgomery County, Al and settled in Conecuh,Wilcox and Butler Counties Between !850-1880.Daniel was born 1818-1828, Martha was born 1817-1822. they were living in Conecuh County in the 1850 Census; in the 1860 Census, in Rehoboth, Wilcox Co., and in the 1870 Census, in Greenville. Daniel died before the 1880 Census.
In 1880, his widow was living with their children at Butler Springs, and in 1900, Martha was Living with her son, Jeff in Conecuh co., at Evergreen. She either died of old age or a fire, which killed her dau. in-law at Evergreen.Their
children: William, b.1845-46, James, b. 1849,Elizabeth, b.ca.1853, George, b. 1855, Augustus, b. 1860, Jefferson, b. 1863, and Marion, b 1867. Martha's Parents were James and Rhoda Willis, and a lot of the Willises settled Butler Co. What I'm Really Looking For Is The Names Of Daniel's Parents.
