Rayburn/Rabern/Raborn of any Spelling

Recently found oral source that says my ggrandfather John Rayburn/Rabourne was born in Butler County Ala. His fathers name was Richard Raborn/sp.? He was born April/May 1848. When i search Census of 1850 Butler County, i find a Richard and Lydia with a son John of this age. We know from oral history they came from SC to Ga., thru Ala., and into La. I first find him enumerated in Louisiana in 1870 in home of his future father in law Mordecia Jones. In later Census years he remarks his birth Ala., his father born Ga., and mother born Ala.

His first son was named Jacob Richard Greenberry Rayburn, Mary Elizabeth Rayburn first daughter, second son was Andrew Tollison G. Rayburn, next son John F. OR T. Rayburn, next son Virgil R. Rayburn, and my grandmother Lizene Mae Rayburn.

Thanks in advance for any help on this family. We have a descendant in DNA program and fits in Group #1 on Rayburn DNA Site at Family Tree DNA. The URL for this site is; if interested in migration routes for all Rayburn spellings.
