Searching for early families of Bibb Co., AL as follows:
Isaac EDWARDS died in Cahaba Co., later Bibb Co., AL in 1822. His wife Nancy Ann LAWRENCE/LARRANCE died in Bibb Co., AL possibly, after 1850.
Wm Stanford Edwards married in 1841 in Bibb Co., AL Martha Jane MORGAN. They both died in Bibb co.,, AL and are buried at the Tabernacle Methodist Cemetery and the Rehobeth Baptist Church Cemetery in Bibb Co., AL respectively.
Bennett Spinks EDWARDS was born, married and died in Bibb Co., AL. Died in Lawley. He married Frances BELVIN who was a widow HICKS. They are buried in the same respective cemeteries as listed by Bennett's dad Wm.
Carey EDWARDS was born, married and died in Bibb Co., AL and also buried in Lawley at the Methodist cemetery. He married Lillie GREGG.
Perry L. Edwards bornin Bibb Co., AL I think, and married Delora A. WARREN.
I would be very interested to communicate with others who know about these families, particularly the wives family lines that I have very sketchy info on.
