Nothing on that family per se but I believe my maternal great great grandmother Elizabeth LEE's maiden name was Walden. She lived with her husband William LEE in Dale County AL in 1850 (federal census). She has three descendants named Walden C LEE by her son John D LEE. Her name in a family bible was shown as "Waldron?". There were several Walden families in Barbour Co AL in the early 1800's and a Walden who had a land grant not far from the LEE's just south of Brown's Crossroad on the Choctawhatchee River in Dale Co AL.
