Thanks John.

If you will go back to that Danner posting and check the chronology of those responses, you will find that my post there predated the post of David C. Getzendanner.

I posted on the 17th and David C. posted on the 19th after I emailed him of the Sammy Danner query. I am the one who alerted David C. Getzendanner and urged him to respond on that thread.

I located David in Dec 1997 and made a connection to the Getzendanners of Union County, SC. Since that time, I, along with a couple of other researchers have pinpointed Sammy Danner's connections to us and the book regarding these connections was published Nov 2005.

But thank you for thinking about me here.

John, do you know of any direct connections of the Barbour County AL Danners, to the Getzendanner's of either Union Co., SC or the Geissendanner's of Orangeburgh County, SC???
