Chiagric is probably cowikee creek pronounced ca aggie creek.
on the 1851 plat map it looks like cowagga
modern day highway maps it is called cowikee creek.
there was a edward Garland who owned property in section
2 township 12 range 28
North of Eufaula in Barbour County near Russell county line
