I an interested in information for my Father's family tree.
My Father's name was Norman C Akers born 1918 died 1968. He had four brothers Everett, Frank, Doug, Jake. His mother's maiden name was Mary Cox I believe. His Father's name was most likely Frank I am not 100% sure of that. My grandfather would have died back in 1928 or so and my dad never talked about his family tree I only remember that he said that his dad died when he was 10. I know my dad Norman was born in Wyoming but lived most of his life in Martin Ky. and his family was from Martin and his brothers were all born in Martin. My grandmother Mary went on to marry two more times and I only knew her last husband family name of Pierce. My grandmother signed her name Mary Akers Pierce in her last years. She died in Covington Ky. 1975.
