Robert Akers and Sarah Ann Owens married Mar 18, 1841, in Harrisonville, MO. They had three children: Hiram, Jonathan, and Bethina. Sarah Ann then married George W. Beck on Oct 6, 1849. They had three children: Elijah (Elias?) Lafayette, and Nancy. George was shot and killed by James Preston in 1854. Sarah then married third time to Sylvanus Harless.
Trying to determine what happened to Robert. If you know, I will greatly appreciate your sharing. THANKS!
