He married Nancy Jane Edwards in 1851 in Floyd Co, VA. I hae had info that Adam is the child of Adam Akers and his wife Nancy Altizer. I would like to talk with someone who knows about this family - can place my Adam as a child of this family and might have proof of his parents.
