Don't have Daniel on my list of Akers. Did some searching for you. On Ftanklin VA census 1880 Robert D and Katherine with son Waller born 1879. Lived at Rocky Mount.Franklin VA.
Found Robert K Akers father Daniel mother Francis A S Douthat born 1852 Montgomery, also Robert D Akers B1853 Franklin Va D1930. On 1860 census Robert D listed with father Daniel W at Christinsburg.Mont.Va.
Found Daniel W Akers a farmer B1819 on 1880 census Christinsburg with wife Francis and issue Susan V, Mary E, Ellen J, Laura H, Emma, Isabella and Florence.
Found Daniel w Akers B 1818 mont m Francis A S Donthat 20 Jun 1839 Mont. Submitted was Patty Bates White, 175 NO 500 West, Price UT 84501 and Akers/Stone family has Daniel W Akers nhispece@egix.net.
Wish I had more but doing this tree for someone and destroyed all I had.
