An Acker-Aker Family Reunion is planned for June 19, 2004 at the Adwolfe Community Center. This is outside of Marion but still in Smyth County, Virginia. There is plenty of parking with some handicap parking to the left of the front covered porch.
All those kin or friends to the Aker family are invited to attend. Lunch will be about noon. Please bring your favorite covered dishes and refreshments. A donation will pay for our plates, cups, fork, napkins, ice and reservation for the building.
Also, please bring your family photos and genealogy information to share. Come to have fun and meet new kin. If you need more information or directions please contact me. We look forward to seeing you.
