Co. Roscommon Irish to AK 1849?

I would like to hear from folks who have roots in Ireland that came to US in 1847-8. Any that went 'North' for Gold would be of great interest. I am leading a gen. project to find 41 surname from Co. Roscommn, Kilglass parish, Ireland that landed in US in 1847-8 and may have went to AK. Please see web site at www.ballykilcline.com for families and ages.
