I am looking for any information on the Shepard family from Cordova. My great-grandfather was one of the early pioneers to the Alaskan Territory. His name was William John "Jack" Shepard. He was married to Annie who was native Eskimo. He and Annie had four children, Nellie, Aimie (aka Emma my Grandmother), Aggie, and Evans. I know he owned a general store and was the Postmaster in Cordova from 1924-1934. He died in November 1941 in Seward. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
