Hi Tery,
Thanks for your response. As C F Bostrom was
a Swedish citizen, I doubt very much that
he was in the service in the US.
Nor do I know whether his body was ever found. That he went down off the coast of
Sitka, is due to a small paper clipping that my Father wrote many years ago and which I found after my Dad had passed away. No re-
cording about this disaster have I been able
to find in the church-books, not even his
date of death, but it is likely that it happened prior to 1920.
Had I known any news-papers on-line in the
area it would have been possible to find
a report of the accident.
