I did not locate your McCay family in the 1900 census. On the 1910 US Census, Alaska, Microfilm number T624-1748
page 234A 1st District, Wrangell area:

Line 1 McCay, Clifton, head of household, white, male, born Nov 1882, age last bd 29, single, born in Nebraska(?), father born Nebraska, mother born (?) unreadable - occupation # 6-9-0-0

Line 2 McCay, Albert, brother, white, male, born March 1879, age 31, single, born Nebraska, Father born Nebraska, mother born (?) unreadable, occupation code 6-9-0-0

I'll check the 1920 census tonight & let you know if I find anything
